Shortcut Keys Windows 7

General hotkeys

+ Up arrow	Maximizes the current windows
+ Down arrow	Restore or minimize the current window
+ Left arrow	Snap the current window to the left half of your screen
+ Right arrow	Snap the current window to the right half of your screen
+ Shift + Left arrow	Moves the current windows to the left screen, when running dual monitors
+ Shift + Right arrow	Moves the current windows to the right screen, when running dual monitors
+ Home	Minimises or Restores all but the current window
+ T	Focuses on the taskbar, you can then use the arrow keys and enter to select Pressing it again will cycle through items. + Shift + T cycles backwards
+ Tab	Cycle through your open applications in 3D
Alt + Tab	Cycle through your open applications in 2D
+ Space bar (hold keys)	Peek at the desktop
+ D	Show the desktop
+ M	Minimize the current windows
+ G	Bring your gadgets to the top of your applications
+ P	Presentation and external display options
+ U	Open Ease of Access center
+ X	Mobility Center enabling quick access to features like wi-fi
+ [a number key 1-5]	Launches the program from the task bar corresponding to that number key e.g. + 1 Launches the first application on the task bar
+ +	Zoom in
+ -	Zoom out
+ L	Lock your PC back to the login screen
